This is a great addition to our Shoulder workouts. A shoulder workout with super sets. Make sure to stretch before working out. Remember in super set you are doing two exercises right after the other without a break in between.
Following is what we performed in the routine:
Dumbbell Press
4 Sets of 12 Reps
Barbell Press / Front Raises
4 Sets of 12/12 Reps
Upright Rows / Side Raises
4 Sets of 12/12 Reps
Face Pulls / Dumbbell Shrugs
6 Sets of 20/20 Reps
Bend Over Fly
3 Sets of 25 Reps
Farmer Carry
3 Sets of 1 Min Hold
