Thursday is usually Shoulder and Abs workout, we have created the Shoulder workout in this video and after this Shoulder workout you will follow either (one) of these Abs workout to complete your Shoulder and Abs together for Thursday.

Abs Workout to do after this Shoulder is what we performed in this routine:

Shoulder Press (BARBELL)

4 Sets of 10 Reps

Shoulder Press (Dumbbell)

4 Sets of 10 Reps

Alternate Front Raise

4 Sets of 15 Reps

Side Raises

4 Sets of 15 Reps

Bend Over Delt Fly

4 Sets of 15 Reps

Face Pulls

3 Sets of 25 Reps

Barbell Shrugs

8 Sets of 8 Reps

Make sure you stretch before the workout.
