4 Sets of 10 Reps
Shoulder Press (Dumbbell)
4 Sets of 10 Reps
Alternate Front Raise
4 Sets of 15 Reps
Side Raises
4 Sets of 15 Reps
Bend Over Delt Fly
4 Sets of 15 Reps
Face Pulls
3 Sets of 25 Reps
Barbell Shrugs
8 Sets of 8 Reps
Make sure you stretch before the workout.
