Perfect LOWER CHEST Workout! BBRT #94 (Hindi / Punjabi)

Been getting a lot of request to target lower chest, so we made a video just for that. This is a good starter workout for lower chest.

Following is what we performed:

Chest Press (Or) Push Ups - 3 Sets of 20 Reps

Decline Bench Press - 4 Sets of 12 Reps

Flat Dumbbell Presses - 4 Sets of 12-15 Reps

Barbell Press (Flat Bench) - 4 Sets of 8 Reps

Dumbbell Fly (Flat Bench) - 4 Sets of 12 Reps

Peck Deck Fly - 4 Sets of 20 Reps
