We concentrate on different parts of the shoulder to ensure full coverage. Make sure to repeat this cycle for at least 4 weeks.

Dumbbell Press
5 Sets of 12 Reps
Alternate Front Raises
3 Sets of 15 Reps
Barbell Military Press
5 Sets of 12 Reps
Side Raises
3 Sets of 15 Reps
Rear Delt Fly (Incline Fly)
6 Sets of 15 Reps
Barbell Shrugs
4 Sets of 25 Reps
Upright Row (EZ Curl Bar)
3 Sets of 12 Reps
