BIGGER & ROUND Shoulder Workout! Cycle 2 (Hindi / Punjabi)

Our Cycle 2 of the Intermediate Series we will cover Shoulder workout with a bit of Traps. With this you can also ad an Abs workout, use any of the links below to do Abs as well.

We concentrate on different parts of the shoulder to ensure full coverage. Make sure to repeat this cycle for at least 4 weeks.

Abs Workout to do after this Shoulder is what we performed in this routine:

Dumbbell Press

5 Sets of 12 Reps

Alternate Front Raises

3 Sets of 15 Reps

Barbell Military Press

5 Sets of 12 Reps

Side Raises

3 Sets of 15 Reps

Rear Delt Fly (Incline Fly)

6 Sets of 15 Reps

Barbell Shrugs

4 Sets of 25 Reps

Upright Row (EZ Curl Bar)

3 Sets of 12 Reps

Make sure you stretch before workout.
